In order to make sure you get your Christmas Tree delivery at a time that suits you, you can select a delivery slot at checkout. Customers will receive a 2-hour delivery window on the date of their choosing. Please note we can only deliver as soon as 48hrs after you have placed delivery.
We deliver Monday-Friday with two time slots available morning and afternoon.
Customers can get in touch with us at any time to update their delivery instructions.
We are unable to accommodate next day delivery currently.
Please check with your concierge that they are able to accept perishable items before recommending this as your safe space.
The Southwest London Gardener cannot take responsibility for lost orders once delivered to your safe area. It is driver procedure to take a neighbour’s signature or photographic evidence for any orders left as instructed by the customer.
We appreciate the beauty of plants and always attempt to get you a specimen that is as close to the product shown on the site as possible. The nature of plants is that sometimes products can differ slightly in size to what is shown on our site. If you are unhappy with this please contact us within 2 days of receiving your item. This only applies to Living items.
If you wish to return a living item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving and include a photograph of the damaged or faulty specimen. For all other items, you have up to 30 days to request a refund provided it’s unused and in a re-saleable condition.
