Our clients had contacted us having seen some of our previous work online.
Their garden comprised a narrow space split between the upper flat housing a significant shed for the size of the garden and copious amounts of overgrown vegetation leaving very little in the way of usable space. Previous damage to a boundary fence had led to its removal. It was at this point we were asked to help.
After consultation it was clear what was necessary to make the space enjoyable for our clients. We set about clearing the garden of the old timber shed and unwanted planting. We then proceeded with replacing the boundary fencing with new stylish slatted timber panels thus creating a private space once more.
The clients loved the idea of being able to entertain family and friends at weekend BBQs. We laid a new Brazilian slate patio, forming an ideal dining and cooking space before laying a new artificial lawn for relaxation and ease of maintenance.
To the rear of the garden a bed was constructed and stocked with Festuca grasses as well as Anemones, Hydrangeas, and climbing Jasmine.
Freestanding pots matching the rattan garden furniture and the Brazilian slate tiles were purchased and in them planted stunning a standard olive and bay tree.
